Urticaria is a skin condition where a person may experience severe itching and redness on the skin. commonly known as Hives, Urticaria is known to appear because of scratching, alcoholic beverages, exercise and emotional stress. Oatmeal Bath

An oatmeal bath can be a great remedy for calming urticaria. It’s because oats have high salicylic acid content that helps in reducing inflammation and providing a calming effect to the skin. For oatmeal bath, make sure that the water isn’t too hot or cold as extreme temperature may worsen urticaria. When the bathing water infused with the goodness of oatmeal penetrates the skin, marvellous changes can be observed after a while. This is one of the best techniques of allergy treatment.

Skin problems caused by urticaria are such that they may affect the mind of a person. Extreme stress may obstruct one from functioning well and achieving his goals.
